Register for free, upload your CV (PDF or DOCX), and complete the onboarding wizard which extracts your experience, skills, and education into your Profile. Then add a job by pasting a URL or job description — within seconds you'll see a match score and can generate a tailored résumé.

Résumés and cover letters export as PDF and DOCX. Both are ATS-optimized — selectable text, standard fonts, no images of text. We also offer plain-text copy for the cases where recruiters ask for raw text.

Yes — every section is editable. The résumé review wizard lets you regenerate individual bullets, switch tones, or tighten phrasing. You always own and can edit the final document before export.

No. Strict Truth Mode is on by default and non-negotiable for every AI flow. We never invent metrics, employers, dates, or skills you didn't list. If the JD wants experience you don't have, we surface the gap in the Job Detail insights — we don't paper over it.

We use the licensed JSearch API which aggregates Google for Jobs (covering LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and most public boards). Plus you can pin up to 3 "dream companies" — we'll pull their openings directly from their ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby).

No. Discovery surfaces matches and lets you tailor your résumé and cover letter — you decide where and when to apply. We never submit applications on your behalf and never email anyone without your explicit click.

We don't scrape. Discovery uses the licensed third-party JSearch API for general search, and for dream companies we use each company's official public ATS endpoints (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) — all permitted, documented APIs.

Yes — two clicks from Settings → Billing. You keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop back to Free. Your résumé history, exports, profile, and tracker stay intact on the Free plan.

Identical features. Yearly billing is 30% cheaper per month (Pro is $13/mo billed yearly vs $19/mo monthly; Career is $27/mo yearly vs $39/mo monthly). You can switch cycle anytime from the Stripe customer portal.

Each AI-generated document counts once: one résumé generation = 1 résumé credit, one cover letter = 1 cover credit. Editing or re-exporting an existing document doesn't count. Smart Job Discovery digests are unmetered on every plan.

No. We use Anthropic's Claude API which doesn't train on inputs by default, and we don't have a separate training pipeline. Your résumé, profile, and generated documents are used only to serve your requests.

Settings → Delete account. We immediately soft-delete (no further access, no usage charges) and permanently erase everything — profile, documents, job history, account record — 30 days later. You can recover within that window by signing back in.

MongoDB Atlas (US-East region) for application data; Vercel Blob for file storage (CV uploads, exported PDFs); Resend for transactional email. Anthropic Claude processes AI requests but doesn't store them post-response. See our Privacy Policy and DPA for the full list.

Never. We're a paid product, not an ad business — we don't sell, share, or pass your data to recruiters, third-party job boards, or anyone else. Your résumés go where you send them, not where we decide.
